Why TRAC Ground Defense?
The TRAC Ground Defense course focuses solely on ground defense tactics. The course covers everything from how to sprawl away from a low tackle to freeing yourself from a mounted position.
This course was designed for Law Enforcement/Corrections by certified Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Instructors and Law Enforcement/Corrections Defensive Tactics experts.
Your team will find that all of the techniques are practical and easy to use. This course will enable your personnel to defeat a ground attack, get to a superior weapon system and end the confrontation. If escape is not possible, your team will learn to control the subject from the ground, and go to a superior weapon system to end the confrontation if necessary.
The TRAC Ground Defense course is for Law Enforcement and Corrections.
